What You’ll Do
As a Software Engineering Intern for the Data Science & AI team, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to real projects that matter. You’ll:
- Partner with your mentor and team to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
- Work with C++ development team that integrates existing AI models into real-world locomotive solutions, collaborating with engineers to troubleshoot, optimize performance, and enhance the system’s reliability for daily operations.
What We’re Looking For
- Returning to school for the full 2026/2027 academic year as a junior or senior in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, 3.0 or higher GPA required.
- Experience with C++
- A problem-solving mindset and passion for quality.
- Willingness to take initiative, embrace ambiguity, and learn fast.
- Interest in technology and innovation; enthusiasm for rail or transportation is a plus.
