Wi‑Tronix is the digital platform the rail industry turns to for real‑time IoT data, AI‑powered analytics, and intelligent video, so the outcomes of our work show up in safer crews, fewer incidents, and smoother operations across critical rail infrastructure. This is not a typical SaaS environment; we are a team where contributions are visible, decisions are transparent, and quality is a shared standard.
As an IT Helpdesk Specialist, you are the first call when something gets in the way of someone doing their best work. You will own end user support across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, mobile devices, MFA, VPN, and conference room A/V; image and deploy devices; manage onboarding and offboarding so new hires start ready and exits stay clean and secure; and partner with our IT and DevOps team on patching, server maintenance, and the company meetings where everything has to work the first time.
WHO THRIVES HERE
People who solve the actual problem, not just close the ticket. You are curious about how technology works and stay current because you enjoy it. You communicate clearly with people who are not technical, treat every interaction as a chance to build trust, keep a queue moving, and ask for help when a problem outgrows your knowledge. Quality, accountability, and follow‑through are not extras to you, they are the job.
