EZ Sign Delivery specializes in providing professional services for storing, setting up, and breaking down open house signs, allowing real estate professionals to dedicate their energy to selling homes. We pride ourselves on helping busy real estate agents streamline their operations and achieve their sales goals. We work with individual real estate agents, teams of agents, and brokerages.

About The Role 🤝

The Sales Intern will be responsible for curating highly targeted and accurate leads. You'll hold a key role in expanding the first real estate sign delivery company across the Greater Los Angeles area, and into new markets.

What You’ll Achieve 🚀

Indulge your passion for building relationships by filling the company pipeline with potential customers and converting them into paid customers.

• Conducting market research to identifying business opportunities and the competitive landscape
• Generating sales leads from The MLS
• Manage outreach to leads via social media and texts
• Participating in meetings representing the Sales department wherever possible
• Work within our CRM to maintain an accurate list of prospects—verify addresses, contact names, email, and phone numbers
• Follow-up with qualified leads and maintain records of all contact within our CRM
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop creative promotional strategies

Connectivity: This position is remote. You will need reliable wifi, a computer/laptop, a working microphone, and a web camera. You should feel comfortable working within Google Suites

Put Customers First: You think critically about the implications of what you're selling and how it shapes real people's lives. You know how to communicate with customers to let them know we value their business.

Detail Oriented: You are highly organized and you pay attention to the details. You can process large amounts of data into a manageable system.

More About Your Role🍹

Status: Sales Intern, paid as 1099 contractor

Time Commitment: 8-10 hours per week between the hours of 10am-2pm PT. We will figure out when and how to work best together based on everyone’s schedule.

Compensation: $17/hr 

Location: This is a 100% remote sales internship. EZ Sign Delivery is located in Inglewood and we are looking to work with someone who lives in Los Angeles Metro.

LA County Subsidy Eligible Position Information 

Subsidy roles require students to have an LA County based address, and be between the ages of 18-24 years old. Once you are placed in a subsidy eligible position you will be required to present the following documents to processed in a Youth Center (AJCC):

• Identification (School or State ID).
• Social Security Card (Please ensure that it is signed).
• Birth Certificate.
• Proof of Los Angeles County Residency, including a postmarked date (Report Card, Transcripts, or any mail that is under the applicant’s name).
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination OR valid medical/religious exemption.
• The Youth Center (AJCC) will be paying you for 160 completed hours.
• You will be required to submit timesheets to your youth center (AJCC) to be paid for your time worked.



NOTE: IF YOU WERE ALREADY PLACED IN A SUBSIDY ELIGIBLE POSITION, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO QUALIFY FOR ANOTHER SUBSIDY ELIGIBLE POSITION UNTIL JULY 1ST.
