That’s why we’ve built Coach, an AI-powered career navigation tool designed to help learners and job-seekers reach their full potential.


You will help answer product analytics and AI evaluation questions for two products: (1) Coach (featured in Fast Company and Forbes) and (2) CareerVillage.org, our flagship crowdsourcing platform supporting millions of learners, over 200,000 professionals, and thousands of teachers. We are a remote-first organization, and this opportunity runs June 22, 2026 – August 28, 2026, but can be flexible with the dates. 

About the Internship


CareerVillage.org is seeking an AI & Analytics Intern to join our Community Team. You’ll get real ownership and mentorship while building skills at the intersection of AI, analytics, and community engagement. You will primarily use AI tools and collaborate across teams (including Data, Marketing, and Product) to streamline workflows and evaluate existing systems. 


What you’ll do

  • Help define and track clear measures of success (metrics, definitions, guardrails)
  • Build automations using Agents to optimize business workflows
  • Support projects on other teams, such as the AI Resilience Report & predictive modeling efforts 
  • Contribute to structured evaluation of moderation systems and synthesize findings
  • Communicate progress and results clearly to teammates


What you’ll learn

  • How to use various agentic tools to automate workflows without compromising PII 
  • How to work in collaboration with multiple teams and contexts
  • How to communicate insights & learnings across teams
  • How to use AI assistants (without outsourcing your judgment) to speed up analysis and learning


About you

We know no candidate will meet 100% of the qualifications. We value lived experience and transferable skills as much as formal experience. That said, the strongest candidates will bring:

  • Mission alignment and interest in using AI for social impact
  • Passion for community 
  • Experience and comfort using AI Agents (e.g., Manus, Claude Cowork, Zapier, Browser Use, etc) with a focus on accuracy and reliability
  • Strong prompt engineering skills 
  • Strong communication and documentation skills 
  • Creative problem-solving skills 


Location & Timeline

This is a remote internship opportunity. Candidates must be located in the United States for the duration of the internship and able to work standard business hours, with reliable availability Monday–Friday during 9:00 AM–5:00 PM CT for meetings and collaboration.

LA County Subsidy Eligible Position Information 


Subsidy roles require students to have an LA County based address, and be between the ages of 18-24 years old. Once you are placed in a subsidy eligible position you will be required to present the following documents to processed in a Youth Center (AJCC):


  • Identification (School or State ID).
  • Social Security Card (Please ensure that it is signed).
  • Birth Certificate.
  • Proof of Los Angeles County Residency, including a postmarked date (Report Card, Transcripts, or any mail that is under the applicant’s name).
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination OR valid medical/religious exemption.
  • The Youth Center (AJCC) will be paying you for 160 completed hours.
  • You will be required to submit timesheets to your youth center (AJCC) to be paid for your time worked.


NOTE: IF YOU WERE ALREADY PLACED IN A SUBSIDY ELIGIBLE POSITION, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO QUALIFY FOR ANOTHER SUBSIDY ELIGIBLE POSITION UNTIL JULY 1ST.
