Job Title: B2B Production & Sales Associate 

Company: Oya Femtech Apparel 

Location: Los Angeles, CA (must be LA-based) 

Compensation: Internship stipend + 15% commission on each successful sale closed 


About Oya Femtech Apparel 

Oya Femtech Apparel designs non-toxic, high-performance apparel that protects and supports women’s health. We serve women through both direct-to-consumer and B2B channels, including military contracts, wellness studios, gyms, and professional networks. Our products are created with care to improve feminine health outcomes while driving innovation in apparel. 


Position Overview 

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented B2B Production & Sales Associate to grow Oya’s wholesale and group-order business while supporting apparel production in Los Angeles. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, relationship management, and production coordination, and is eager to help Oya scale into retail and small business channels. 


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Oya’s presence on Faire and other wholesale platforms. 
  • Research and build relationships with B2B and affiliate customers, including:
  • Wellness studios, gyms, and physical therapy offices 
  • Women’s groups, Black professional organizations, and menopausal communities
  • Corporate employee networks 
  • Dermatologists and health-focused practitioners 
  • Submit and manage orders to vendors, manufacturers, and production partners.
  • Track B2B orders and maintain outreach records. 
  • Make sales calls and follow-up emails with potential retail and group-order partners.
  • Support Oya’s LinkedIn presence with outreach and content. 
  • Coordinate sample shipments and track conversion rates. 
  • Create basic marketing materials and graphics for B2B outreach. 
  • Assist with production tasks in Los Angeles, including vendor visits, sample drops/pickups, and quality checks. 
  • Support with the packaging and preparing of orders if needed. 


Career Growth Opportunities 

  • Gain experience in B2B sales, production management, and wholesale strategy.
  • Build connections in the LA apparel industry and Oya’s national retail/military network.
  • Learn the end-to-end process of scaling a startup apparel brand, from production to sales. 
  • Potential for long-term growth with Oya as we expand into national wholesale and retail channels. 


Qualifications 

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Product Management, or a related field
  • Interest in apparel production, sales, and business development.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. 
  • Comfortable making phone calls and writing professional emails. 
  • Familiarity with wholesale sales platforms (e.g., Faire) is a plus. 
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva.
  • Reliable transportation to travel around downtown LA for production support.
  • Humble, hands-on, and willing to support at all levels of the business. 


Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in apparel production or custom orders
  • Familiarity with the Los Angeles apparel development scene.
  • Skills in sample making or apparel design
  • Previous sales or business development experience


Compensation & Benefits 

● Internship/base stipend. 

15% commission on every successful B2B/group sale the associate helps close
