SOFTWARE/PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT INTERN
PetalPlanner.ai is a smart assistant for florists. We help floral designers price right, buy well, and waste less. Our software simplifies recipe building, stem count, and vendor pricing. It’s creative tech for creative people — blending automation and design in one intuitive tool.
About the Role
We are looking for a Software/Product Development Intern to support our founder in refining our MVP and preparing it for internal user testing. This role is ideal for someone comfortable using beginner-friendly coding tools or no-code platforms. You’ll help us stabilize, test, and polish a product built with love for an industry that deserves better systems.
What You’ll Do
• Support development using low-friction tools (Replit, Glitch, Bubble, Softr, etc.)
• Help migrate existing prototype to GitHub or other clean project environment
• Test and improve core product workflows (stem count, pricing logic, margin alerts)
• Assist in improving UI/UX clarity and usability
• Document key features and edge cases for internal use
What You Should Have
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or no-code platforms like Bubble
• Comfortable using beginner tools (Replit, Glitch, etc.) to test and build
• Willingness to learn and collaborate with founder on agile sprints
• Detail-oriented, clear communicator, and proactive problem-solver
