Who Are You? 

GLAUDI by Johana Hernández, a luxury couture fashion house, is looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about fashion, content creation, and digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and posting engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Brainstorm and contribute fresh, on-brand content ideas (reels, stories, trend-based TikToks, pins).
• Research and identify social media trends, hashtags, and viral opportunities relevant to luxury bridal, eveningwear, and couture fashion.
• Support photo and video shoots by capturing behind-the-scenes content.
• Organize and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting.
• Engage with the online community by monitoring comments, DMs, and audience interactions.
• Provide weekly insights on post performance, reach, and engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in fashion, bridal, or luxury lifestyle content.
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest (personal or professional).
• Creative eye for photography, video, and storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools (preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Positive, proactive, and willing to learn.

Subsidy Role Information 

Subsidy roles require students to have an Los Angeles County based address, and be between the ages of 18-24 years old. Once you are placed in a subsidy eligible position you will be required to present the following documents to processed in a Youth Center (AJCC):

• Identification (School or State ID)
• Social Security Card (Please ensure that it is signed)
• Birth Certificate
• Proof of Los Angeles County Residency, including a postmarked date (Report Card, Transcripts, or any mail that is under the applicant’s name)
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination OR valid medical/religious exemption
• Work Permit (Required for Youth between the ages of 16-17 only)
• The Youth Center (AJCC) WILL BE PAYING YOU for 160 completed hours.
• You will be required to submit Timesheets to your YOUTH CENTER (AJCC) to be paid for your time worked.

*NOTE IF YOU WERE ALREADY PLACED IN A SUBSIDY POSITION (ACADEMY/INTERNSHIP). YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO QUALIFY FOR SUBSIDY ROLES UNTIL JULY 2025*
