We're looking for a highly motivated Operations & Growth Associate to join our team and help bring this vision to life.
No gardening experience required. No MBA required. Just curiosity, hustle, good judgment, and a willingness to learn.
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our CEO and gain exposure to nearly every aspect of building a consumer brand.
You'll collaborate with artists, designers, suppliers, creators, agencies, and business partners as we launch and grow the company. You'll see firsthand how products are sourced, how brands are built, how marketing campaigns are executed, and how businesses scale.
The work will be varied, hands-on, and fast-paced. Some days you'll be coordinating inventory and suppliers. Other days you may be helping execute a product launch, supporting a photoshoot, preparing materials for an investor meeting, coordinating an event, or helping solve an operational challenge.
The right person is energized by variety, enjoys solving problems, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when something needs to get done.

As a member of a small team, you'll have the opportunity to work on projects across the business.
You may conduct research, build presentations, coordinate partnerships, evaluate vendors, support fundraising activities, assist with events, or help solve challenges that arise as the company grows.

Who You Are
You're organized, curious, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
You enjoy solving problems, learning new skills, and figuring things out when there isn't a clear roadmap. You pay attention to details, communicate well, and follow through on commitments.
You're equally comfortable working in a spreadsheet, coordinating with suppliers, helping at an event, creating a social media post, or packing customer orders when needed.
Most importantly, you're excited about learning how businesses are built and contributing wherever you can make an impact.
Ideal Experience
Candidates may come from a variety of backgrounds, including:
Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, inventory systems, fulfillment operations, social media management, or consumer products is helpful but not required.
Gardening experience is not required. We can teach gardening.
We can't teach curiosity, ownership, adaptability, strong judgment, and a willingness to figure things out.

Compensation
Salary Range: ~ $40,000 USD annual base salary range. No benefits at this time. Possible equity as the company grows and scales.
Location
Los Angeles preferred. Hybrid work environment with regular in-person collaboration, events, and operational activities.
