Content Creation + Admin Support Intern Remote (with occasional on-site travel)


About the Role 

We're looking for a creative, self-starter to join our team as a Content Creation + Admin Support Intern. This is a hands-on role at a fast-moving food startup — perfect for someone who loves making content and doesn't mind rolling up their sleeves on the operational side. You'll split your time between building our social presence and supporting the team behind the scenes. 


What You'll Do 

Content & Social Media 

• Create and capture photo and video content on-site for Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok

• Write captions, blog posts, and newsletter copy that reflect our brand voice

• Assist with social media scheduling and community engagement 


Operations & Admin 

• Support day-to-day operations including inventory management and maintaining our physical space 

• Provide general administrative support to leadership and fulfillment teams 


What We're Looking For 

• Strong writing and communication skills 

• A creative eye and genuine interest in storytelling 

• Fluency across social platforms, especially Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently 

• Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

• Remote with a few hours on-site each week 

• Academic backgrounds in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing preferred.


LA County Subsidy Eligible Position Information 

Subsidy roles require students to have an LA County based address, and be between the ages of 18-24 years old. Once you are placed in a subsidy eligible position you will be required to present the following documents to processed in a Youth Center (AJCC):

  • Identification (School or State ID).
  • Social Security Card (Please ensure that it is signed).
  • Birth Certificate.
  • Proof of Los Angeles County Residency, including a postmarked date (Report Card, Transcripts, or any mail that is under the applicant’s name).
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination OR valid medical/religious exemption.
  • The Youth Center (AJCC) will be paying you for 160 completed hours.
  • You will be required to submit timesheets to your youth center (AJCC) to be paid for your time worked.



NOTE: IF YOU WERE ALREADY PLACED IN A SUBSIDY ELIGIBLE POSITION, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO QUALIFY FOR ANOTHER SUBSIDY ELIGIBLE POSITION UNTIL JULY 1ST.
