Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, highly hands-on Content Creator to own end-to-end social content creation across our platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a background in design, film, or media who loves music and fashion, understands short-form storytelling, and can independently take ideas from concept to publish—while optimizing performance week over week.
This is a full-time, consistent role (not ad hoc or freelance) with full ownership of the social content lifecycle.

- In-person / Hybrid
- 1800 Vine Street, Los Angeles, CA 90028 (Next to the Capitol Records building)
Time Commitment
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- 10:00 am–6:00 pm
- Ongoing weekly commitment with regular filming, editing, posting, and optimization
What You’ll Do:
- Content Creation & Execution
- Create social content from scratch, including:
- Concepting ideas
- Writing hooks, taglines, and captions
- Filming and editing short-form videos
- Post-production and packaging content for publishing
- Produce engaging, scroll-stopping content aligned with ODD’s music- and fashion-driven brand
- Publishing & Performance
- Own the social publishing workflow in partnership with internal approvals
- Publish content across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Track content performance weekly and optimize based on insights
- Continuously improve content quality, engagement, and effectiveness over time
- Creator Coordination
- Coordinate other creators as needed to maintain content cadence
- Brief creators on concepts and creative direction
- Review drafts and edits, consolidate assets, and prepare content for publishing
- Ensure brand consistency across all creator-led content
Level of Ownership:
- Full ownership of the social content lifecycle: ideation → execution → publishing → optimization
- Accountable for the consistency, quality, and performance of content
- Keeps the content pipeline moving end-to-end (briefing, creation, review, hand-off)
What You Should Have:
- Background in design, film, media, or related creative fields
- Proven ability to create content from scratch, including filming, editing, and post-production
- Strong understanding of short-form video platforms and trends
- Ability to independently film, edit, and publish content
- Strong writing skills for hooks, captions, and taglines
- Passion for music and fashion
Bonus Points:
- Familiarity with generative AI tools for content creation (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.)
- Ability to create music from scratch
- Experience coordinating or managing other creators
