PetalPlanner.ai is your AI-powered co-pilot for florists. We help floral designers price right, buy well, and waste less. Our software simplifies complex tasks like stem count, recipe building, vendor pricing, and margin tracking. Built by a florist for florists, we are where creativity meets smart systems. 

About the Role  

We are looking for a Graphic & Web Design Intern who will collaborate directly with the founder to build out our brand’s visual presence and launch a high-converting Squarespace based landing page to grow our early waitlist. This role will allow you to contribute to a mission driven startup from the ground up and add meaningful work to your portfolio. 

What You’ll Do  

 • Design a high-converting landing page using Squarespace 

 • Create visual assets: banners, icons, social graphics, brand templates 

• Collaborate on layout, referral/invite UX, and overall user flow 

 • Assist with color palette, typography, and moodboard creation 

 • Support email capture and confirmation design flows 

What You Should Have  

• Proficiency in Canva, Figma, or Squarespace (no coding required) 

• Strong visual storytelling and layout instincts 

• Creative mindset with a passion for branding and user experience 

• Reliable, communicative, and self-motivated

• Location: Remote 

• Start Date: TBD 

• Duration: 160 hours 

• Schedule: Flexible (approx. 10–20 hrs/week)

LA County Subsidy Eligible Position Information 

Subsidy roles require students to have an LA County based address, and be between the ages of 18-24 years old. Once you are placed in a subsidy eligible position you will be required to present the following documents to processed in a Youth Center (AJCC):

• Identification (School or State ID).
• Social Security Card (Please ensure that it is signed).
• Birth Certificate.
• Proof of Los Angeles County Residency, including a postmarked date (Report Card, Transcripts, or any mail that is under the applicant’s name).
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination OR valid medical/religious exemption.
• The Youth Center (AJCC) will be paying you for 160 completed hours.
• You will be required to submit timesheets to your youth center (AJCC) to be paid for your time worked.

NOTE: IF YOU WERE ALREADY PLACED IN A SUBSIDY ELIGIBLE POSITION, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO QUALIFY FOR ANOTHER SUBSIDY ELIGIBLE POSITION UNTIL JULY 1ST.
