Who Are You?
Omosilk is seeking a creative, data-driven TikTok Growth & Content Management Intern to lead our TikTok presence with a focus on driving product sales, building brand visibility, and scaling our social commerce strategy. This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the power of short-form content, knows what converts, and thrives at the intersection of storytelling, trend-spotting, and digital sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a clear TikTok growth strategy to drive product awareness and conversions
- Own the TikTok Shop content calendar, including planning, scripting, filming, editing, and posting high-performing videos
- Collaborate with the founder to translate brand voice and values into engaging video content
- Work with micro and nano influencers for organic campaigns and UGC
- Manage TikTok Shop listings and optimize for discoverability and performance
- Analyze TikTok insights and Shop analytics to refine strategies and increase conversion rates
- Test and scale different content styles to identify what resonates with Omosilk’s audience
- Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and emerging features
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, ideally with direct TikTok Shop experience
- Proven track record of creating TikTok content that converts (please share examples)
- Strong skills in video editing, storytelling, and short-form copywriting
- A pulse on wellness, beauty, and e-commerce trends
- Highly organized and able to work independently in a fast-moving startup environment
