About the employer

Agency Other Industries

We design bags that combine everyday style, rugged protection, and modular design. Agency gear bridges the gap between everyday and the outdoors to give you options. Our mission is to empower an active life of your own design. We were inspired while studying abroad in Tokyo. Our bags were bulky, unequipped for the rain, and not stylish. That friction made it difficult to live life on our own terms. We believed there had to be a better way, so we designed our own. Since our June 2023 crowdfunding launch, we've grown our direct-to-consumer sales, expanded our product lineup, and kicked off a partnership with the national retailer REI.
