About Louder LA

Louder LA is a multidisciplinary music, art, and language school offering private, one-on-one and group

instruction to students of all ages and skill levels in Los Angeles, New York City, and online everywhere. Our

community of instructors is made up of professional working artists across music, visual art, and beyond, each

bringing their own creative practice into how they teach. From piano and voice to ceramics, DJing, painting, and

more, we're building a space where creativity, mindfulness, and craft can grow together.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated and analytical Marketing Data & Analytics Intern who is eager to turn marketing data

into meaningful insights. This internship offers hands-on experience analyzing campaign performance, identifying

trends, and supporting data-driven marketing decisions. You'll work alongside the marketing team to measure

success, optimize strategies, and help drive business growth through analytics — including supporting our

ongoing SEO efforts to improve how people find Louder LA online.


What You Will Do

  • Assist with collecting, organizing, and analyzing marketing data from various platforms
  • Monitor and report on the performance of email campaigns, social media, website traffic, and digital advertising
  • Create dashboards and visual reports to communicate marketing performance and key metrics
  • Identify trends, customer behaviors, and opportunities to improve marketing campaigns
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decision-making
  • Help maintain marketing databases and ensure data accuracy
  • Support A/B testing initiatives and analyze campaign results
  • Support SEO efforts for our website, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking
  • Assist with creating and analyzing performance of our monthly newsletters
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights that improve marketing effectiveness
  • Present findings and recommendations to the marketing team


What You Should Have

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools is a plus
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing metrics (CTR, conversion rate, impressions, engagement, ROI)
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles (keywords, on-page optimization, site performance) is a plus
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and contribute to data-driven marketing initiatives


More Details

  • Location: Remote
  • Pay: $20/hr
  • Start date: August 5, 2026
  • Hours per week: 10 hrs/week
  • Duration: 10 weeks

LA County Subsidy Eligible Position Information 

Subsidy roles require students to have an LA County based address, and be between the ages of 18-24 years old. Once you are placed in a subsidy eligible position you will be required to present the following documents to processed in a Youth Center (AJCC):

  • Identification (School or State ID).
  • Social Security Card (Please ensure that it is signed).
  • Birth Certificate.
  • Proof of Los Angeles County Residency, including a postmarked date (Report Card, Transcripts, or any mail that is under the applicant’s name).
  • Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination OR valid medical/religious exemption.
  • The Youth Center (AJCC) will be paying you for 160 completed hours.
  • You will be required to submit timesheets to your youth center (AJCC) to be paid for your time worked.


NOTE: IF YOU WERE ALREADY PLACED IN A SUBSIDY ELIGIBLE POSITION, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO QUALIFY FOR ANOTHER SUBSIDY ELIGIBLE POSITION UNTIL JULY 1ST, 2027.
