Ballinger | Leafblad is honored to partner with Open Door Health Center on the search for its next Chief Executive Officer.

Open Door is a Federally Qualified Health Center providing integrated medical, dental, behavioral health, and chiropractic care to communities across southern Minnesota. The organization is seeking a steady, people-centered leader who can strengthen its financial and organizational performance, build trust and alignment across a talented team, and position Open Door for a sustainable future.

This is an important opportunity for a thoughtful change leader who can bring clarity to a complex operating environment while advancing Open Door’s mission with vision, creativity, and discipline. The next CEO will know when to stabilize, when to change, and how to bring people with them.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible leadership experience in health care administration
• Strong understanding of financial and information systems, with the ability to translate data into sound decisions
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and hold accountable high-performing teams
• Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers or similarly regulated community health settings is valuable, but not required
• Experience managing integrated primary care, dental, and behavioral health programs
• Demonstrated success working with a community-based governing board
• Experience with public and private funding and grant relationships, including HRSA
• Proven ability to work with diverse and underserved populations

Compensation: $180,000–$220,000. More details in the full position profile.
