Job Title: UiPath Automation Developer


Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Automation Developer to support agentic audit automation initiatives within an Army/government environment. This is a core technical execution role, focused on building, enhancing, and maintaining automation solutions that support audit, compliance, and data validation processes. The ideal candidate is a developer first, comfortable working directly in UiPath, and experienced in government-facing projects where precision, security, and documentation matter.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain UiPath automations supporting agentic audit processes.
  • Execute end-to-end automation solutions, from requirements analysis through deployment and support.
  • Build and maintain Document Understanding (DU) workflows, including OCR and data extraction from structured and unstructured documents.
  • Integrate UiPath solutions with SAP systems to support audit and financial data processes.
  • Collaborate with audit, compliance, and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable automations.
  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing automations to improve accuracy and performance.
  • Ensure solutions comply with government security, audit, and documentation standards.


Required Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience.
  • Prior experience working in a government or military environment.
  • SAP integration or automation experience.
  • Document Understanding (DU) experience, including OCR and data extraction (minimum 1 year).
  • Strong understanding of automation best practices, error handling, and logging.
  • Ability to work independently in a technical execution role.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting audit, compliance, or financial automation use cases.
  • Security Clearance
  • Familiarity with agentic or intelligent automation concepts.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills in regulated environments.
