About Resolute Solutions

Resolute Solutions builds automation and AI systems that contribute to National Security. Our technical foundation spans SAP enterprise systems, UiPath automation, and applied AI — deployed for the Department of Defense and federal agencies who depend on solutions that work under real operational pressure. We're not building demos; we're building infrastructure that missions depend on.

We are a certified SDVOSB, HUBZone, and 8(a) small business with deep expertise in SAP ERP and federal technology environments. We are a high-performance team that values builders over talkers. If you want hands-on work that compounds into real expertise, surrounded by people who take ownership and move fast — you'll fit here.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Scrum Master to support delivery teams on a large-scale Navy ERP program, with a focus on Tier 3 sustainment operations. This is a hands-on facilitation and team enablement role where you will help keep delivery flowing across production support, defect remediation, and operational stabilization efforts.

Sustainment programs have a rhythm that's different from greenfield implementations — unplanned production issues land in the middle of planned sprints, priorities shift quickly, and the team needs someone who can hold the structure together without getting in the way of the work. If you're good at that balance, and you genuinely enjoy helping teams improve how they operate, this role is a strong fit.

You'll work closely with Product Owners, engineers, and support stakeholders across the program, helping the team stay organized, focused, and continuously improving.

What You Will Deliver

  • Agile ceremonies that run efficiently and produce useful outcomes — stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives that the team actually values
  • A healthy, prioritized backlog maintained in close partnership with Product Owners and business stakeholders
  • Impediment tracking and removal that keeps delivery moving, with escalation handled cleanly and on time
  • Dependency coordination across teams, shared services, release management, and production support functions that prevents surprises
  • Agile metrics and reporting — velocity, burndown, cycle time, aging work, impediment tracking — that give leadership real visibility into team health
  • Sprint organization during production incidents and urgent defect response, so the team stays effective without losing control of planned commitments
  • RAID logs, decisions, and action items documented and followed up on consistently
  • A team environment where accountability and collaboration are the norm, and continuous improvement is a regular practice — not just a retrospective talking point

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment
  • Experience supporting sustainment, production support, or operations and maintenance (O&M) programs — not only greenfield implementations
  • Solid understanding of Scrum and SAFe practices, including ceremony facilitation, backlog management, and sprint execution
  • Experience coordinating dependencies across multiple teams and shared services
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics and reporting tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent)
  • Strong communication skills — able to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Active Tier 3 (Secret) clearance — mandatory at time of hire
  • U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship)

Preferred Qualifications

  • SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
  • Experience on DoD ERP programs (Navy ERP, DAI, GCSS-Army, or similar)
  • Familiarity with SAP environments and ERP sustainment workflows
  • Experience supporting Tier 3 defect remediation or incident response in a government program context
  • Background in ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or Remedy

Why Join Us

Sustainment work on a federal ERP program is where real operational discipline gets built. You'll work in a fast-moving environment where your ability to organize teams, protect delivery flow, and drive improvement has a direct impact on how well a mission-critical system serves the U.S. Navy. It's meaningful, complex work — and a strong foundation for growing into senior agile leadership roles.
