About Resolute Solutions
Resolute Solutions builds automation and AI systems that contribute to National Security. Our technical foundation spans SAP enterprise systems, UiPath automation, and applied AI — deployed for the Department of Defense and federal agencies who depend on solutions that work under real operational pressure. We're not building demos; we're building infrastructure that missions depend on.
We are a certified SDVOSB, HUBZone, and 8(a) small business with deep expertise in SAP ERP and federal technology environments. We are a high-performance team that values builders over talkers. If you want hands-on work that compounds into real expertise, surrounded by people who take ownership and move fast — you'll fit here.
Role Overview
We are hiring a SAP SD Consultant to take end-to-end ownership of Sales & Distribution design and configuration for a large-scale Navy ERP program. This is a hands-on delivery role where you will lead fit-to-standard workshops, configure core SD capabilities, and guide the program through testing and deployment.
You'll work closely with functional leads, integration teams, and Navy stakeholders to shape future-state Order-to-Cash processes and make sure they hold up through go-live and beyond. If you enjoy being the person who knows the SD landscape inside and out — and who others turn to when something needs to be figured out — this role is a good fit.
What You Will Deliver
- Fit-to-standard and fit-gap workshops led with confidence, with future-state O2C processes clearly defined and agreed upon with stakeholders
- End-to-end SD configuration covering:
- Pricing (condition technique), discounts and rebates concepts, and free goods processing
- Delivery and shipping points, route determination, and picking/packing handoffs
- Billing flows, cancellations, credit and debit memos, and returns processing
- Credit management concepts, order blocks, and release strategies
- Output and message control, and document requirements for orders, deliveries, and invoices
- Well-coordinated integration across FI (revenue postings, taxes, AR), MM (ATP and inventory), WM/EWM, and transportation where applicable
- Interface design support for IDocs/APIs, e-commerce and CRM inputs, and tax engine connections
- SIT and UAT scenarios led end-to-end, with root-cause analysis that correctly distinguishes configuration, master data, and integration issues
- Cutover planning support covering open orders, deliveries, and billing documents — and stable post-go-live support through the stabilization period
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of hands-on SAP SD configuration experience across core O2C processes
- Demonstrated experience leading fit-to-standard or fit-gap workshops with business stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of SD integrations with FI, MM, and WM/EWM modules
- Experience supporting SIT and UAT cycles, including defect triage and root-cause analysis
- Experience supporting cutover activities for SAP go-live events
- Active Tier 3 (Secret) clearance — mandatory at time of hire
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship)
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience on Navy ERP (NPS), DAI, GCSS-Army, or other DoD ERP programs
- Familiarity with S/4HANA SD or SAP Activate methodology
- Experience with transportation management (SAP TM) or extended warehouse management (EWM)
- Knowledge of IDoc/API-based interface design and e-commerce or CRM integration patterns
- Familiarity with S3ALE (Scaled Agile for Government) or SAFe framework
- SAP SD or SAP S/4HANA certification
Why Join Us
SAP SD on a federal DoD program is a different challenge than commercial work — the scale, the compliance requirements, and the operational stakes are all higher. This role gives you the scope to own a full capability area from design through stabilization, work alongside experienced SAP practitioners, and build a track record on a program that genuinely matters.
