Join a SAP sustainment team as a Transportation Management (TM) Support Consultant. Whether you’re early in your SAP TM career or experienced with advanced configuration, you’ll play a key role in resolving live system issues, supporting post-go-live clients, and driving operational excellence.

What You Will Do
As an SAP TM Support Consultant, you’ll provide technical and functional support for SAP Transportation Management solutions. You’ll troubleshoot tickets, stabilize live environments, and assist users across federal and defense settings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver hypercare support immediately post-implementation
- Monitor SAP TM system issues and escalate high-priority cases
- Diagnose and resolve root cause issues in system configurations or data
- Work across teams to coordinate technical resolutions
- Maintain documentation of solutions, procedures, and best practices
- Collaborate with users, developers, and stakeholders
- Support configuration updates and system patches
- Ensure high-quality user support and knowledge sharing
Required Experience and Skills
Level I
- 1–2 years of SAP TM experience
- Basic knowledge of SAP TM and SDLC
Level II
- 3–5 years of SAP TM configuration experience
- Strong understanding of SAP TM and SDLC
Level III and Above
- 5+ years of SAP TM Configuration and Implementation Experience
- Expert understanding of SAP TM and SDLC
For both levels:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- SAP TM certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Ability to manage multiple support tickets with clear prioritization
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Federal or DoD project experience preferred
