We’re seeking a UiPath Solutions Architect to design enterprise-grade automations and mentor a growing team of developers. This is a remote leadership role that combines technical consulting, internal team enablement, and solution delivery for high-visibility automation initiatives.

What You Will Do

As a UiPath Solutions Architect, you’ll design robust automation solutions, guide developers, and act as a technical point of contact for both clients and internal stakeholders. You’ll also shape training programs and participate in roadmap planning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and architect scalable UiPath automation solutions based on business requirements
• Lead solution delivery, including architecture reviews, development oversight, and technical troubleshooting
• Interface directly with clients to gather requirements and present solution designs
• Collaborate on proposal development and scoping for new opportunities
• Serve as a technical mentor, conducting code reviews and internal training sessions
• Coordinate with the Project Manager/Trainer to align junior developer growth with project delivery needs
• Stay current on RPA trends, UiPath updates, and adjacent technologies (e.g., APIs, Power Automate, Python)

Required Experience and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of RPA experience, including 3+ years in UiPath
• UiPath Advanced Developer or Solution Architect certification (required)
• Proven experience designing and delivering complex UiPath solutions
• Expertise with UiPath Orchestrator, Studio, and integration components
• Strong documentation, communication, and client-facing consulting skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience mentoring or training developers
• Exposure to cross-industry RPA solutioning
• Familiarity with adjacent tools such as Python, Power Automate, APIs, or SQL
