Solutions Architect
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We build category-leading software that lets AI agents, robots, people, and models work as one. As a Solutions Architect, you turn that vision into working architectures for enterprise customers—so they can orchestrate end-to-end work, not just automate tasks. Could that be you?
Performance Objectives
- Lead discovery with business and technical stakeholders to map current-state processes, quantify value, and produce an automation roadmap within the first 30 days of a pursuit.
- Architect solutions that combine AI agents, robots, orchestration, document understanding, and process intelligence—and defend them in security, governance, scalability, and deployment reviews.
- Design and deliver executive demos and proof-of-value engagements that convert technical credibility into measurable business outcomes and advanced pipeline.
- Partner with account teams to shape deal strategy, unblock technical objections, and position UiPath as the platform for agentic transformation.
- Feed customer insight to Product and Industry Solutions so real-world patterns influence the platform—and share reusable patterns across the GTM organization.
- Guide customers from architecture through go-live so solutions scale in production, not just in the lab.
