- Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable RPA solutions aligned with government standards and enterprise best practices.
- Build and optimize Document Understanding (DU) workflows, including advanced OCR and structured/unstructured data extraction.
- Design and implement integrations between UiPath and SAP systems to support financial, audit, and compliance processes.
- Provide technical leadership across the automation lifecycle: requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Implement robust exception handling, logging, monitoring, and performance optimization strategies.
- Ensure all automations meet Army security, audit, and documentation compliance standards.
- Collaborate with audit, compliance, SAP, and infrastructure teams to translate business requirements into reliable automation frameworks.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to RPA governance and development standards.
Required Experience & Skills
- Active Secret Clearance (mandatory).
- 5+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience in enterprise environments.
- Proven experience working in government, DoD, or military-regulated environments.
- Strong experience integrating UiPath with SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA preferred).
- At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath Document Understanding, including OCR engines and intelligent data extraction.
- Deep knowledge of RPA architecture, REFramework, Orchestrator, queues, logging, and secure credential management.
- Strong understanding of secure coding practices within regulated environments.
- Ability to operate independently in a fully onsite, mission-critical environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting audit readiness, financial compliance, or Inspector General initiatives.
- Exposure to agentic automation or intelligent automation frameworks.
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines for RPA.
- Strong documentation skills aligned with federal compliance standards.
