About Resolute Solutions

Resolute Solutions builds automation and AI systems that contribute to National Security. Our technical foundation spans SAP enterprise systems, UiPath automation, and applied AI — deployed for the Department of Defense and federal agencies who depend on solutions that work under real operational pressure. We're not building demos; we're building infrastructure that missions depend on.

We are a certified SDVOSB, HUBZone, and 8(a) small business with deep expertise in SAP ERP and federal technology environments. We are a high-performance team that values builders over talkers. If you want hands-on work that compounds into real expertise, surrounded by people who take ownership and move fast — you'll fit here.

Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant with strong cloud infrastructure expertise to support large-scale SAP environments on a federal DoD program. This role is the technical backbone of SAP landscape stability — owning system administration, cloud operations, security compliance, and integration architecture across production and non-production environments.

You've administered SAP systems before and you've done it in the cloud. You know what a broken transport looks like at 2am and you know how to fix it. You understand that in a federal environment, performance issues and security gaps aren't inconveniences — they're mission risks. You work proactively, document thoroughly, and escalate intelligently.

This is not a monitoring-and-ticketing role. You'll be embedded in a delivery team working across SAP Basis, functional, and DevOps workstreams, contributing to architecture decisions and mentoring junior team members alongside daily operations ownership.

What You Will Deliver

•    SAP landscapes (S/4HANA, ECC, BW, PI/PO, Solution Manager) that are stable, performant, and correctly configured across all tiers

•    Cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP that is right-sized, properly monitored, and built for HA/DR from the start

•    Transport management and change coordination executed cleanly across landscapes with no surprises in production

•    Security configurations, user administration, and authorization structures that stay compliant with FedRAMP, FISMA, and NIST requirements

•    Integration components — Cloud Connector, RFC/IDOC interfaces, middleware — that connect reliably and are documented for handoff

•    Technical runbooks, architecture diagrams, and SOPs that make the environment understandable to anyone who inherits it

•    Junior Basis team members who are better at their jobs because you were on the team

Growth Path

Early (0–12 months)

Establish ownership of SAP landscape operations and cloud infrastructure across program environments. Build deep familiarity with program-specific architecture and federal compliance requirements.

Growth (12–24 months)

Expand into architecture review responsibilities, CI/CD pipeline contribution, and cross-functional technical leadership across Basis, functional, and DevOps workstreams.

Future (2–3 years)

High performers advance into Senior SAP Basis Architect, Cloud Solutions Architect, or Technical Lead roles with program-wide infrastructure accountability.

Required Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)

•    2- 5 years of SAP BASIS administration experience across multiple SAP system types

•    Proven hands-on experience administering SAP environments on at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

•    Deep knowledge of SAP HANA database administration, backup/recovery, and performance tuning

•    Experience with SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) for monitoring, ITSM, and ChaRM

•    Strong understanding of networking, storage, and virtualization in cloud environments

•    OS-level administration experience on Linux (RHEL/SUSE) and Windows Server

•    Active Tier 3 (Secret) clearance or ability to obtain — clearance at time of hire strongly preferred

•    U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship)

Preferred Qualifications

•    SAP Certified Technology Associate — SAP HANA or equivalent SAP certification

•    Experience with RISE with SAP and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform)

•    Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code tools: Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation

•    Experience supporting federal government clients or FedRAMP-compliant environments

•    Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAP Web Dispatcher, and SAP SSO/SNC configuration

•    AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator (AZ-104), or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer certification

This Role Is / Is Not

This role IS:

•    Hands-on SAP landscape ownership in a live federal program environment

•    A cloud-forward, technically demanding role with architecture-level visibility

•    A position where your documentation and stability work directly protects mission-critical DoD operations

This role is NOT:

•    A help desk or user support position

•    A passive monitoring or ticket-routing role

•    Suitable for candidates who need significant ramp time on cloud SAP administration

Why Join Us

Federal SAP environments are among the most complex and consequential in the world. This role puts you at the infrastructure layer of a high-visibility DoD program, working across cloud platforms and SAP system types that most consultants never get access to. You'll build a track record on a program that matters — and grow on a team that rewards technical depth and ownership.
