Role Overview

This role exists to move fast, work smart, and never let a good candidate sit idle. You will own a high-volume requisition portfolio spanning cleared federal IT, enterprise systems, and automation roles — building candidate pipelines from scratch, managing outreach at scale, and closing candidates who have options.


The right person for this role has energy, ambition, and a natural instinct for connecting with people. You know how to pitch something you believe in. You follow up without being told. This is not a passive posting-and-waiting role. You will be building pipelines, running outreach campaigns, and leveraging AI and automation tools to operate at a volume most solo recruiters can't sustain. You will collaborate with a close-knit recruiting team while managing your own book of requisitions with full ownership.


What You Will Deliver

  • Active, qualified candidate pipelines for a rotating portfolio of federal technical requisitions
  • High-volume outreach campaigns executed through LinkedIn and ATS platforms, with AI tools used to maximize efficiency and personalization
  • Screened, submission-ready candidates — fully vetted and matched to client requirements before they ever reach a hiring manager
  • Accurate, real-time candidate tracking across all active reqs — your data reflects reality at all times
  • Consistent daily and weekly activity metrics that compound into placements, not just effort
  • A growing network of cleared technical professionals you can activate on demand


Growth Path

Early (0–6 months): Learn the client landscape, requisition types, and internal workflows. Build your candidate pipeline from the ground up and hit activity targets while developing sourcing instincts.

Growth (6–18 months): Expand requisition ownership, develop specialization in one or more technical domains (ERP, SAP, automation, cybersecurity), and take on more client-facing activity.

Future Roles: Senior Recruiter, Recruiting Lead, Account Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager.


Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of professional experience in recruiting, sales, account management, or a role requiring consistent outreach and relationship development
  • U.S. Citizen
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of concurrent activity without losing quality or urgency
  • Strong written and verbal communication — you can write a compelling outreach message and hold a confident phone screen
  • Comfort working in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and responsiveness is non-negotiable
  • Openness to learning new tools and workflows quickly — this team runs lean and leverages technology to punch above its weight


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Bullhorn, Lever, or similar)
  • Hands-on use of AI writing or automation tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) to streamline workflow
  • Prior exposure to federal staffing, cleared candidate populations, or technical recruiting
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding measurable performance goals
