What You’ll Own

🔹 Project Financial Performance

  • Manage projects to meet or exceed financial projections
  • Track labor hours and project tasks to maintain budget alignment
  • Complete accurate and timely cost projections
  • Manage cost codes and track additional scope/change orders
  • Take corrective action quickly when financial risks emerge


🔹 Schedule & Quality Execution

  • Develop and maintain high-level construction schedules
  • Ensure logical sequencing and lifecycle updates
  • Monitor progress proactively and resolve scheduling conflicts early
  • Support superintendents and field teams in real-time issue resolution
  • Maintain quality standards that align with project plans and company expectations


🔹 Client & Relationship Management

  • Provide proactive project updates to clients and internal teams
  • Manage expectations around budget and timelines
  • Maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and stakeholders
  • Protect and strengthen long-term client partnerships


🔹 Preconstruction & Planning

  • Review drawings, specifications, and estimates to identify risk before construction begins
  • Build detailed schedules outlining resources and sequencing
  • Coordinate project planning across multiple active jobs
  • Review subcontractor and vendor submittals for compliance


🔹 Documentation & Controls

  • Maintain accurate project documentation and billing
  • Ensure proper approvals for out-of-scope work
  • Manage RFIs, meeting minutes, progress reports, and PM software updates


🔹 Safety Leadership

  • Reinforce and model a strong safety culture
  • Ensure safety expectations are upheld across the project team


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of relevant project management experience
  • Strong financial and budget management capability
  • Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Experience managing subcontractors and client relationships
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration abilities
