The Latino Corporate Directors Association (LCDA) is a premier membership organization dedicated to advancing excellence in corporate governance and increasing the number and influence of U.S. Latinos in corporate boardrooms and senior business leadership. Since its founding in 2013, LCDA has built a powerful and influential network of accomplished corporate directors, board-ready executives, and C-suite leaders. As a trusted partner to corporations, governance institutions, search firms, private equity organizations, and other leaders influencing corporate board appointments, LCDA is committed to identifying and cultivating exceptional talent and strengthening corporate governance.


LCDA members represent some of the nation's most accomplished business leaders, including individuals serving on publicly traded and large private company boards, as well as C-suite executives preparing for board service. Through premier programming, strategic networking, thought leadership, and talent services, LCDA supports leaders throughout their journey to and in the boardroom.


Position Summary: President & CEO

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the next CEO will serve as LCDA's principal ambassador, relationship builder, and strategic leader, engaging with corporate directors, CEOs, C-suite executives, corporate partners, search firms, and other influential leaders. The CEO will bring a compelling external presence and the ability to build trusted relationships, articulate LCDA's value and impact, and elevate the organization's profile across the corporate and governance landscape.


As LCDA enters its second decade, the next CEO will have the opportunity to build upon the organization's strong legacy and position it for the future. The successful candidate will bring a compelling vision for LCDA's next chapter and the ability to translate that vision into a clear strategic direction, strong organizational execution, sustainable growth, and meaningful impact. They will position LCDA for continued relevance in a rapidly evolving corporate governance landscape, ensuring its value proposition remains compelling as expectations around boards, talent, technology, and corporate engagement continue to change.


Location, Compensation and Benefits

This is a remote position; however, the CEO is expected to be highly engaged and visible with staff, members, affiliate associations, and partners nationwide, including regular travel (20%).


The salary range for this role is between $300,000- $325,000 commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
