The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer is a key member of the executive leadership team and a strategic business partner responsible for shaping the financial direction of a $65 million organization during a period of significant growth and transformation. Beyond leading Finance and Technology, the CFO will play a critical role in evaluating expansion opportunities, strengthening financial operations, enhancing revenue cycle management, and developing the financial strategies, systems, and insights that enable Little City to achieve its long-term vision.


Location, Compensation and Benefits

This position is based at Little City's headquarters in Inverness, Illinois. Little City's strong preference is for a candidate residing in the Chicagoland area who can work a hybrid schedule of three days onsite and two days remotely each week. The organization will also consider exceptional candidates who require greater flexibility, including Chicagoland candidates with longer commutes and candidates residing in Wisconsin or Indiana, with onsite presence ranging from approximately weekly to monthly based on location. Regardless of work arrangement, the successful candidate should expect to be onsite as needed to support leadership priorities.


The salary range for this position is $175,000–$195,000, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, vision, 401(k), employer-paid life insurance, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
