Serving communities across Illinois, PCH provides integrated residential, vocational, and day training programs, supporting more than 300 individuals through CILAs, ICFs, and day programs. Position Summary

The Chief Financial Officer is a critical leadership role responsible for stabilizing, strengthening, and modernizing the finance function of a $20M organization. Reporting to the CEO and leading a team of seven, the CFO will oversee all aspects of financial operations, including accounting, billing, cash flow, forecasting, compliance, and reporting. This role requires a hands-on, decisive leader who can assess current systems, implement stronger controls and workflows, and rebuild team capacity while fostering accountability and collaboration. The CFO will serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership and the Board, ensuring financial integrity and positioning PCH for sustainable growth.

Location, Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time, onsite position based at PCH’s administrative office in Olympia Fields, Illinois. The salary range is $150,000–$175,000, commensurate with experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package with medical, dental, vision, retirement contributions, paid time off, and employer-paid insurance benefits.
