Position Summary

The Head of Marketing & Communications is a senior leadership role responsible for building and integrating a comprehensive marketing and communications function across the organization. Reporting to the Executive Director, this leader will develop brand strategy, oversee messaging and storytelling, and align marketing efforts across programs, partnerships, and external engagement. This is an inaugural, national-scope role for a seasoned leader with agency or in-house experience who can build and manage a team, deploy resources effectively, and ensure cohesive execution across all channels. The ideal candidate thrives in entrepreneurial environments and brings both strategic perspective and executional strength.

Location, Compensation & Benefits

This is a U.S.-based, remote position with periodic travel for organizational events, partner engagement, and team convenings. The anticipated salary range is $225,000- $250,000, with a comprehensive benefits package that supports flexibility and employee well-being.
