Through strategic grantmaking, stakeholder convenings, and partnerships across healthcare, research, and advocacy communities, the Collaborative is working to improve how these conditions are understood, supported, and managed. To date, the organization has awarded approximately $1 million in grants, established a multidisciplinary Steering Committee, and built a growing national network of clinicians, researchers, and families. Backed by an initial $15 million philanthropic investment and strong long-term support for its mission, the Collaborative is well positioned to drive meaningful and lasting change across the field.
