Reconciling Ministries Network (RMN) is committed to intersectional justice across and beyond the United Methodist connection, working for the full participation of all LGBTQ+ people throughout the life and leadership of the Church. Since 1984, RMN has worked to transform hearts, churches, and communities through grassroots organizing, resource generation, education, denomination-level change-making, and pastoral care.
The Opportunity
The Executive Director (ED) will be a spiritual leader with overall responsibility to implement the vision and mission of RMN. The ED will oversee the selection and supervision of staff, collaborate in the development of RMN program offerings, and lead the financial sustainability of RMN—enabling the organization to further LGBTQIA+ inclusion and intersectional justice in the United Methodist Church and beyond.
Location, Compensation and Benefits
This is a remote role available to candidates situated anywhere in the United States. This role will include, on average, about 6-8 weeks of travel annually.
Salary for this role is based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level, and years of previous/applicable experience. The salary range for this role is between $100,000 - $125,000, accompanied by health benefits, a 401k program and a remote work stipend.
