Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-Time

Overview:

• Manage complex, broad, and/or multi-year projects end-to-end to deliver business outcomes, ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s satisfaction
• Work closely on high-visibility projects and regularly interface with internal senior management
• Serve as a trusted advisor and help facilitate timely decision-making and trade-offs throughout all relevant project stages
• Negotiate resource requirements with responsible management when faced with competing priorities

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare/managed care
• Proven ability to drive moderately complex projects to completion
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a demanding work environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; ability to partner with and lead teams to deliver project objectives
• Strong command of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with Smartsheet

A plus:

• Project management certification
• Experience managing Medicaid or managed care projects
• Experience with ADA/Section 508 compliance

Working Conditions:

Compensation:

• Annual salary range: $135,000–$160,000, based on experience and overall qualifications
