Job Title: Customer Service Representative                                  

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday- Friday 9:00- 5:30 EST

Pay Rate: $18- $21/ per hour

 

General Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with prior call center experience to support members in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This fully remote position requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive information, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist members with healthcare-related inquiries, including benefits, eligibility, claims status, and general account questions
  • Accurately document all interactions in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all privacy and security requirements
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while meeting quality and productivity standards
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
  • Meet or exceed established performance metrics, including call quality, attendance, and productivity


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Comfortable working with multiple computer systems and applications
  • Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free home workspace
  • Ability to adhere to a set schedule and meet attendance requirements


Working Conditions:

  • Remote work from home office, virtual Call Center environment.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods.
  • Must use a direct connection to a modem, No Wi-Fi
