We’re seeking a Senior Project Architect to lead commercial design/build work from concept through construction. This role blends design leadership with technical rigor and offers a strong runway into top architecture/design management and more opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a project design team; set expectations for quality and deliverables
• Manage design development from schematic design through construction documents
• Act as a key design contact for clients and internal project leadership; present ideas and guide decisions
• Ensure technical accuracy and constructibility (codes, detailing, coordination, specifications)
• Partner with project management and construction teams during construction administration to address RFIs/submittals and maintain design intent
• Use BIM/Revit best practices to improve coordination and documentation quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 10+ years of experience with commercial projects (design/build experience preferred)
• Licensed Architect; NCARB preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Revit/BIM and AutoCAD; additional 3D tools a plus
• Strong code knowledge and clear communication/presentation skills
