We’re hiring a Senior Project Architect to lead commercial design/build projects from early concept through construction. This is a high-impact role with a defined path into head design/architecture leadership within the next few years for the right performer.

What you’ll do

• Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary design team (architects/designers/techs)
• Drive design from schematic through CDs, coordinating quality, schedule, and budget
• Serve as the primary design contact for internal leadership and clients; present concepts and guide decisions
• Own technical execution: code compliance, detailing, specs, and constructible documentation
• Support construction administration and resolve design questions to protect design intent
• Leverage BIM tools and best practices to improve outcomes and consistency

What you bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture
• 10+ years’ experience (commercial projects; design/build preferred)
• Licensed Architect (NCARB preferred)
• Strong Revit/BIM and AutoCAD skills; 3D tools (e.g., SketchUp) a plus
• Deep working knowledge of codes/regulations and strong client communication skills
