- Direct and synchronize all aspects of daily distribution center operations, including product intake, storage organization, order fulfillment, and outbound logistics
- Develop and implement staff training programs, performance management, and scheduling strategies to meet operational demands
- Maintain inventory integrity through systematic cycle counting, periodic audits, and discrepancy resolution protocols
- Track and analyze operational data to identify trends, measure performance against benchmarks, and drive continuous improvement
- Implement and monitor compliance with safety protocols and security measures in accordance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with transportation, procurement, and supply chain partners to ensure seamless coordination of product movement

Required Background:
- Academic credential in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline
