Responsibilities:
- Manage and operate advanced manufacturing equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with production machinery.
- Execute equipment transitions and adjustments to optimize production flow.
- Maintain stringent quality control standards, making necessary modifications to meet product specifications.
- Identify and segregate products that do not meet quality standards.
- Adhere to established safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Document daily production activities and outcomes.
- Conduct routine maintenance on production equipment to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-shift teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Keep the workspace clean and well-organized.
- Secure and shut down equipment when not in use.
- Contribute to additional tasks as required.
- Support manufacturing and maintenance engineers in their projects.
- Mentor and train new employees to ensure they meet performance standards.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of at least 7 years in a manufacturing environment (Level 3).
- Basic literacy, numeracy, and communication skills, typically demonstrated by a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Eagerness to acquire new skills and adapt to evolving technologies.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to operate complex machinery with precision.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds.
