We’re hiring an Experienced Commercial Construction Sales and Estimator to drive lead generation and close service and small-project work while delivering excellent customer communication. This role partners closely with operations to estimate jobs, win work, and keep clients informed from proposal through completion.

What you’ll do

• Generate leads through calls, networking, email/marketing, referrals, and existing clients
• Review repair/project needs and create accurate estimates and proposals
• Follow up, negotiate, and close sales for service crews to complete the work
• Coordinate schedules and provide customer updates on progress
• Maintain CRM reporting/forecasting; support invoicing and past-due follow-up as needed
• Build strong relationships with customers, owners, suppliers, and internal teams

What you bring

• 5+ years of commercial construction and/or industrial B2B sales experience
• Self-starter with strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office/CRM tools
• Valid driver’s license
