We are recruiting for a Structural Engineer to develop and oversee steel building designs from early planning through field execution. What You’ll Do

• Engineer structural systems for commercial steel buildings (framing, connections, foundations as applicable)
• Produce calculations, models, and design documents aligned with applicable building codes
• Partner with architects, project managers, and field teams to solve constructability and schedule-driven design challenges
• Support construction with clarifications, revisions, and technical guidance to keep work safe and compliant

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• PE license (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
• 3+ years of commercial building structural design experience
• Proficiency with structural analysis/design software
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
