Maintenance Manager - Manufacturing

- Lead, coach, and develop a large maintenance team spanning mechanics, electricians, and techs
- Oversee preventive maintenance activities and improve machine uptime
- Use the plant’s CMMS to plan, track, and schedule work
- Troubleshoot equipment issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Coordinate closely with production to align maintenance work with schedules
- Manage maintenance budgets, parts planning, and equipment resources
- Drive improvements in safety, quality, and reliability
- Support capital projects and equipment upgrades
