Requirements
- HVAC service experience (Prefer 10 years Residential/Commercial)
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills, including organizational, interpersonal communication, and presentation skills
- Strong work ethic
- Experience working cross-functionally with many internal groups, successfully
Duties
- Trade knowledge of HVAC systems, both Residential and Commercial
- Installation requirements plus basic code knowledge
- Service troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read/troubleshoot from wiring diagrams
- Ability to comprehend and then rearticulate technical manuals/instructions to others
- Self-sufficient, proactive doer who works well within a team
- Willing to embrace and learn new technologies
- Problem resolution
- Negotiation skills
- PC capable, including Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills with all levels of technical knowledge
- Customer Service oriented
- Knowledge of HVAC controls
- Occasional travel to Peirce-Phelps branch locations
