Architectural Designer (Intermediate & Senior Levels)

West Palm Beach, Florida | Architecture & Interior Design

Our Client

Our client is a well-established architectural and interior design firm based in West Palm Beach, Florida, with over 40 years of experience delivering thoughtful, high-quality design solutions nationwide.

Our firm is known for a collaborative, design-driven, and results-oriented approach, guiding clients seamlessly through the design and construction process. Our long-standing client relationships and diverse portfolio—spanning hospitality, country clubs, hotels, restaurants, mixed-use, and commercial projects—are a testament to our commitment to design excellence.

The Opportunity

We are seeking talented, creative, and motivated Architectural Designers at the Intermediate and Senior levels to join our growing team.

In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and Project Architects to define and develop design intent during Conceptual Design and Design Development phases across a variety of project types. This position is ideal for a designer who can translate ideas into compelling visual concepts—thinking ideas out of your head and onto paper—in a way that clearly communicates the client’s vision, programmatic needs, and brand identity.

Our continued success is rooted in investing in exceptional people, and we are looking for designers who want to grow, contribute, and help shape meaningful projects.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
  • 5–7 years of professional experience, including strong hand-sketching skills
  • Proven experience in Conceptual Design, Design Development, and Floor Planning
  • Ability to clearly and confidently communicate design intent in a personable, client-facing manner

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will also bring:

  • High proficiency in Autodesk Revit (required)
  • Experience with space planning for commercial and mixed-use environments
  • Ability to develop design concepts using both traditional and digital media
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)

What We Value

We place high value on team members who demonstrate:

  • positive, professional attitude
  • coachable mindset and desire for growth
  • strong work ethic and sense of ownership
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Passion for architecture and design
  • solution-oriented approach to challenges

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the team, you will:

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, consultants, contractors, and engineers
  • Clearly articulate design intent to clients and municipal agencies in both private meetings and public presentations
  • Contribute innovative ideas while maintaining project goals and budgets
  • Meet deadlines while upholding the firm’s standards of design excellence
  • Proactively and tactfully resolve challenges with an appropriate sense of urgency

Why Join the Team?

  • Diverse, high-profile project portfolio
  • Collaborative studio environment
  • Long-standing, respected firm with strong leadership
  • Opportunity to grow professionally and creatively
  • Meaningful involvement in design from concept through execution
