Compensation: $85,000 - $105,000 DOE | Bonus + Benefits

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking an organized, motivated, and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join its growing Luxury Residential Construction team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong construction foundation who is looking to expand their project management and field experience while working alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents.

The Assistant Project Manager will support multiple custom home projects simultaneously, assisting with project coordination from preconstruction through completion while gaining valuable hands-on experience in both the office and the field.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Support Project Managers with multiple active custom home projects
  • Assist with project scheduling and milestone tracking
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to the project team
  • Assist with project logistics and coordination

Project Administration

  • Maintain project documentation in Procore
  • Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and purchase orders
  • Track project documentation and schedules
  • Prepare meeting notes and project reports
  • Assist with punch lists, inspections, and project closeout

Field Support

  • Visit jobsites to support Project Managers and Superintendents
  • Coordinate with field personnel to resolve project issues
  • Help ensure projects remain on schedule and meet quality standards
  • Assist with quality control and construction documentation

Client & Team Communication

  • Maintain professional relationships with homeowners, architects, designers, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors
  • Support clear communication between the field and office
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

Qualifications

  • Construction experience required
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Procore experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Compensation
