What We're Looking For
We're seeking experienced Superintendents with one or more of the following backgrounds:
- Commercial Construction
- Luxury Residential Construction
- Ground-Up Construction
- Commercial Interiors
- Healthcare Construction
- Hospitality or Country Club Projects
- High-End Residential Renovations
Healthcare and luxury residential experience are highly valued; however, candidates with strong commercial construction backgrounds who are interested in transitioning into luxury residential are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Field Leadership
- Manage all day-to-day jobsite operations
- Lead subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Maintain project schedules and sequencing
- Coordinate inspections and material deliveries
- Resolve field issues efficiently while maintaining production schedules
Safety & Quality
- Enforce OSHA and company safety standards
- Conduct regular jobsite safety meetings and inspections
- Monitor workmanship and quality throughout construction
- Ensure all work complies with project plans and specifications
Project Coordination
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers and office staff
- Maintain look-ahead schedules
- Coordinate subcontractor activities and project logistics
- Identify and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
Documentation
- Complete daily reports
- Maintain project documentation in Procore
- Coordinate RFIs, punch lists, inspections, and project closeout activities
Client Relations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, inspectors, and subcontractors
- Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service
Qualifications
- Superintendent experience in commercial or luxury residential construction
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and field operations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience managing subcontractors and project schedules
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Procore experience preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Compensation
Commercial / Healthcare Superintendent: $100,000 - $120,000 DOE
Luxury Residential Superintendent: $110,000 - $140,000 DOE
Performance bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.
