What You'll Do

• Coordinate Workers' Compensation medical case management services for injured employees throughout the Milwaukee, WI Territory.
• Travel within an approximately 2-hour radius to attend medical appointments and meet with providers.
• Collaborate with physicians, employers, adjusters, attorneys, and other stakeholders to coordinate appropriate care.
• Develop and implement individualized case management plans that promote timely recovery and return to work.
• Ensure medically appropriate, cost-effective treatment while maintaining exceptional documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Two or more years of clinical nursing experience.
• Workers' Compensation Field Case Management experience strongly preferred.
• CCM, CRRN, or other case management certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the Milwaukee territory with a valid driver's license.
