What You’ll Own
• Develop and execute clinical strategies that support organizational growth and service expansion
• Design and implement new clinical programs and service models
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based clinical services
• Partner with operations and business development to expand service utilization and client engagement
• Lead and mentor nursing and clinical teams, building a high-performance culture
• Optimize workflows, staffing models, and operational performance
• Use data and analytics to improve outcomes and program performance
• Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and service delivery
Ideal Background
• Registered Nurse (RN) with Compact License
• Significant leadership experience within clinical operations, case management, IME, review services, or managed care
• Strong understanding of workers’ compensation, disability, or claims-related medical management
• Experience developing or expanding clinical programs or service lines
• Proven ability to lead clinical teams and drive operational improvement
• Strategic thinker who can also execute and deliver measurable results
Certified Case Manager (CCM) preferred.
