Senior Accountant

Remote (Central/Eastern preferred) | $100,000–$130,000

VC/PE-backed insurtech MGA operating a dual MGA + brokerage model is looking for a senior production accountant to own premium, commission, bordereaux, trust accounting, and carrier settlements end-to-end.

This is a build role — you'll shape the controls and processes that scale with a fast-growing business, not just maintain what exists.

You bring:

— 10+ years accounting experience, 5+ in an MGA, wholesale brokerage, or carrier

— Direct experience with bordereaux, trust accounting, and carrier settlements

— Builder mindset — motivated to reduce manual processes and create structure

— NetSuite or similar ERP experience preferred

— CPA preferred
