Associate / Inside Broker – Commercial Casualty (Wholesale)

Overview

Independent specialty insurance brokerage is seeking an Associate / Inside Broker to support a growing Casualty Broker in Dallas. This role serves as a true right-hand partner, supporting production while helping drive team growth.

What You’ll Do

• Place new and renewal commercial casualty business through wholesale markets
• Liaise between retail agents and insurance carriers
• Market, quote, negotiate, bind, and confirm coverage
• Build agency relationships and support production goals

What You Bring

• 3+ years of wholesale or commercial insurance experience
• Active P&C license
• Strong knowledge of commercial coverages and risk analysis
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
