The Role


As an Account Manager, you’ll be a trusted partner to clients and Account Executives, owning the day-to-day service experience for an assigned book of business. You’ll help design and deliver employee benefit strategies while building strong, lasting relationships.


What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary client contact, delivering proactive and personalized service
  • Partner with Account Executives on benefit strategy, renewals, RFPs, and plan design
  • Lead Open Enrollment, employee education, and client communications
  • Prepare stewardship reports, utilization/claims analyses, and service plans
  • Support compliance, wellness initiatives, and benefit technology implementations
  • Build strong carrier and vendor relationships
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance client programs


What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of employee benefits account management experience
  • Active California Life/Health license
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Professional designation (or willingness to obtain within 18 months)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AMS 360/ImageRight experience a plus
