We’re an independent insurance agency looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager who loves helping clients and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

In this role, you’ll handle day-to-day personal lines service—answering coverage questions, processing endorsements and renewals, issuing new business, and solving problems when they pop up. You’ll work closely with agents and teammates to deliver excellent client experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Manage renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and rewrites
• Prepare quotes and coverage comparisons
• Provide coverage recommendations and client support
• Handle inbound calls and agent requests
• Maintain accurate records in AMS

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years personal lines experience in an independent agency
• Active Ohio P&C license
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Team-first attitude
• CISR, CIC, or similar designation a plus
